Privacy Policy

Domino Social Club (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a domino score-tracking app. This policy explains what information the App handles and how. By using the App you agree to this policy.
We keep things simple: the App has no user accounts, asks for no email or password, and shows no ads.
1. Information we handle
a) Data stored only on your device. Your matches, teams, player names you type, scores, round history, settings (theme/language), and the display name you optionally enter are saved locally on your phone and are not sent to us unless you use live sharing. This data is removed if you delete the App.
b) Data stored in the cloud when you share a game (optional). Only when you choose to share a game do we send that game’s information to our cloud database (Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore) so people with the game code can follow it live. This includes team names, player names, scores, rounds, a short game code, the display name you enter, and an anonymous identifier created for your device. Anyone who has the game code can view that shared game while it is active. Do not put sensitive personal information in team or player names if you plan to share a game.
c) Anonymous authentication. To enable live sharing, the App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which creates a random identifier for your device. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any personal account.
What we do NOT collect: we do not collect your name (beyond text you type), email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no third-party advertising.
2. How we use the information
To run the App’s features (keeping score on your device) and to power live game-following when you choose to share a game. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
3. Service providers
Cloud features are provided by Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Data sent for live sharing is processed and stored on Google’s servers. See Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4. Data retention and deletion
On-device data: remove it any time by deleting the App. Shared game data: shared game records may remain in our database after a game ends. To request deletion, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
5. Security
We use Google Firebase’s security infrastructure and access rules to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Because the App does not require an account, most data is under your direct control on your device. For shared-game or anonymous data, contact us to make a request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the App or store listing.
