Privacy Policy

Domino Social Club ("the App", "we", "us") provides scorekeeping and Domino and Poker games, including online play with friends. You do not need to provide an email address or phone number to use the game features.
1. Information we handle
Local data. Scorekeeping data, preferences and history are stored on your device. If you share a scorekeeping game, the shared match history and the anonymous identifier needed for that feature are sent to Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore so people with the game code can follow the score and read shared history. This may include team and player names, scores, rounds, dates, a game code and your display name.
Online profiles and games. Our Cloudflare services process and store profile and game identifiers, your display name, selected avatar and optional profile photo, friend relationships, invitations, presence and the state needed to play and recover a connection. Profiles are identified by codes; this does not mean their data is anonymous or unlinked to a profile.
Sharing with other players. Your friends and authorized participants can see the display name and avatar or photo you share with them. Invitation links let recipients access information needed to accept the invitation. Share those links only with people you wish to invite. The app does not read your phone address book to build its friends list.
Camera and voice. The camera is used when you choose to take an avatar photo or scan an invitation. The microphone is used for voice calls you start or accept. Calls use WebRTC to transmit live audio; this version does not implement conversation recording. Technical connection data is exchanged to establish a call.
Notifications. When you enable notifications on a supported platform, installation identifiers and notification tokens are processed to deliver game-related notices.
2. How we use information
We use these data to operate the app, connect players, deliver invitations, share scores and recover games. We do not use these features to sell data, show advertising or track users across other companies' apps and websites for advertising.
3. Service providers
Online service providers include Cloudflare and Google Firebase, depending on the feature. Firebase Anonymous Authentication and Cloud Firestore support score sharing; Cloudflare supports online profiles, friendships, invitations, game state and connection services. 4. Data retention and deletion
Local data can be removed by deleting the app's data. Server data may remain after a game ends or the app is uninstalled. To request deletion, contact us below and provide the profile code or game details needed to locate the data. This policy does not promise automatic server deletion or a fixed retention period.
5. Security
We use access controls and the security infrastructure of our service providers to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Age suitability
Online Poker includes simulated gambling with virtual chips, not real-money wagering. The updated iOS app is rated for adults aged 18 and over. This rating is not an in-app age-verification mechanism. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request review and deletion.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information. You control local data on your device. For online profile or shared-game data, contact us with details that let us identify the relevant records.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app's practices. We will revise the effective date and provide notice of significant changes in the app or store listing.
