Domino Social Club provides app and website tools for personal or club domino scoring, match history, statistics, and convenient live following. It is not an official tournament authority or record keeper unless a tournament organizer separately says so.
2. Verify important information
Users and organizers are responsible for independently verifying scores, tournament details, match history, standings, and records before relying on them for prizes, rankings, disputes, or other official decisions.
3. Availability and records
The service may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee that game or tournament history will always be saved, preserved, synchronized, recoverable, or available on another device.
4. Assumption of risk
You choose to use the service and assume the risks associated with relying on its scoring, history, statistics, sharing, and tournament-related information.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domino Social Club is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of records.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domino Social Club and its owner will not be liable for losses or damages arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the service, including losses connected with inaccurate, delayed, deleted, unrecoverable, or missing scores, match history, standings, statistics, or tournament records. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Personal and club use
Use the service lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use another person’s game code or information in a harmful or deceptive way.
